Ohio Administrative Code 3701-29-03. Approved by the Ohio Departmet of Health 3/26/20.

FEE: $90 CE Hours: 6.0 Attempts Allowed: 5 Minimum Score: 70%

There is no time limit to complete the exam.
NOTE: Can start and stop test and complete at your leisure.
NOTE: If you have taking the online STS exam you will be emailed a link to the training.
