NOTE: Up to 11 students can be registered for each Prevention Course. You will be notified if the class you sign-up for is full and we will try to get yo registered for a different location.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS
To register at the listed price, mail, fax or email the completed application 14 calendar days BEFORE the scheduled training. A $50 late fee may apply to registrations received with-in that 14 days period. Payment for this training can be made by check or credit card. In order to invoice your company, a copy of the Purchase Order (PO) is required along with your registration.
For accuracy, please use your OTCO Student Number in conjunction with your name when registering. Those who have attended previous OTCO training since 1997 should have an OTCO Student Number. If you don’t have a Student Number, one will be issued after registering.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
OTCO makes a decision to offer each course based upon community interest, determined by advanced registration. OTCO reserves the right to cancel a course if there is insufficient enrollment.
Cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Substitutions are permitted however, NO REFUND FOR THOSE WHO REGISTER AND FAIL TO ATTEND.
OTCO reserves the right to cancel a class for insufficient number of student registrations. If a class is canceled, a registered student will be given priority in transferring into a future class location.
There will be no refund for those who do not cancel prior to the first day of class.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
If you are paying by credit card you will receive a credit card receipt via email or regular mail within 5-7 business days.
